"The hotel itself is OK. It gives off this vibe like someone really cared when it started, the rooms and furnishings are really nice, but then completely gave up, as the details are cheap and staff is tragic. The checkin lady made me feel like her day’s worst burden, then said that the restaurant only sells frozen pizza and if we want something edible, we can drive elsewhere (in an establishment named Hotel Restaurant Riccoty). "The staff were very friendly, with the receptionist ( cant remember her name, dark hair and Tattoos) very helpful and great English. Im sorry my french is not better. But....the evening meal was amazing...the Chef is so talented. If you stay for a night or two have the Buffet....sooo tasty"
