Every single member of staff was welcoming, saying hello in what seemed a very genuine way: spirits seemed good, gave impression of being a happy workplace, which makes guests feel comfortable."

"I thought this was a great hotel. Everything was in excellent condition and very clean and comfortable. Walking distance from the train and metro service is five minutes and there are lots of chain and non-chain restaurants and take away nearby. Room had a table and chairs for eating at or working. Only qualm was I’d have liked a choice of pillows as the ones on the bed were too high for my neck. Other than that, perfect stay. "
