"The service was top notch at this hotel! The early check in and late check out were wonderful. They accommodated my last minute request to change from 1 to 2 beds with grace and kindness. The kurig in the room was a nice touch and the verbena scented soap and shampoo were excellent. The top floor gym, hot tub and sauna was relaxing and well appointed. The room was so spacious and the hotel location was great. I can’t wait to come back."

"This IHG hotel is located well and the staff are really helpful. The two bed rooms (queen/double) are clean and comfortable but there isn't much room at the end of the beds to pass through. That's my only criticism."
