I arrived in Berlin on a delayed flight out of Madrid and left the car rental after midnight in Berlin. "Das Objekt ist schon alt. Alles ist schief. Selbst die Türen haben große Spalten durch die sich die kalte Luft hervorragend im gesamten Objekt verteilen kann. Das ist zur kalten Jahreszeit sehr schwetwiegend und teuer!!! Die Heizung und das Warmwasser werden per Strom!!! betrieben, der extra berechnet wird. Wir haben hierfür Anfang April noch einmal extra 60€ für eine Woche gelöhnt. Das sollte man wissen, da man immer davon ausgeht, das ein Haus auch warm vermietet wird. Aus meiner Sicht eine...
