"Das Objekt ist schon alt. Alles ist schief. Selbst die Türen haben große Spalten durch die sich die kalte Luft hervorragend im gesamten Objekt verteilen kann. Das ist zur kalten Jahreszeit sehr schwetwiegend und teuer!!! Die Heizung und das Warmwasser werden per Strom!!! betrieben, der extra berechnet wird.
