Dennoch ein gut, weil das Service-Personal es gerade noch geschafft hat. Mängel wurde aufgenommen und beseitigt. Das Hotel war anscheinend sehr gut (will heissen hoch/ stark) belegt. Was eigentlich kein Grund für eine schwächere Leistung als gewohnt sein dürfte.

Wir waren r vier Tage im Hotel Der Service ist Grotten schlecht viele junge Service Mitarbeiter die nicht angeleitet werden Das erwartet man nicht in einem Haus dieser Kategorie Das Frühstück ist perfekt aber die Mitarbeiter katastrophal Rezeption mit nicht deutschsprachigen Mitarbeiter /innen machen es auch nicht leichter statt Express Bügelservice erhielten wir nur zusätzliche Bügel Das dann nach vielen Reklamieren erhaltene Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen war nicht benutzbar Grand Hotel hat für mich persönlich einen anderen Service Ich könnte diese Positionen noch vielmals ergänzen
