For example room service only every second day, staff promissed on previous phone calls to separate the beds in the room, which I found out after arrival that it wasn't possible with the room they gave us. "This hotel has an interesting interior design. It sometimes feels like you just entered an art museum. The two best things about it are the location, only meters away from the beach with a designated bus stop, and the fantastic very german breakfast. Two things they can be working on is optimizing the set up of the furniture inside the room and the wifi reception. There was no wifi reception in the room on our phones. The wifi on my laptop was very weak. You had better wifi in the hallways...

"Simple, but super hostel! Staying in a 40-foot container was a bit out of the ordinary, but the atmosphere and people were great."

"Easy access via Bus 25 from Hbf, up 3 stops to Schroederplatz, and then Motel One is right there and also very close to the Kropeliner Tor and the main shopping district and old town. Although my room directly faced towards the Christmas markets and the children’s rides across the street, I barely heard the noise from my room. Breakfast buffet was fairly standard, no complaints. I do wish there was a coffee/tea maker in my room; however. Overall, good value and location."
