"Great hotel! Cool, stylish, art deco-esque rooms, great front desk staff and the rooftop patio provides an amazing view of the river, especially at sunset. It was much better priced than other hotels within a block away that I also stayed at and found to be disappointing and poor value. Wished i had stayed at HU the whole time i was in Memphis. Highly recommend "

"What an experience! This entire property is so well done, it’s amazing. The store, the hotel, the restaurants and bars are all beautiful. The displays of live fish were really nice and lots of information on everything. The room was great with a nice two-person tub, a comfortable bed, and an outdoor balcony. The Fish Bowl was a lot of fun, and Jay and Osvaldo provided excellent bar service. The 3rd floor bar was also nice and had breakfast buffet in the morning. We did not have one negative experience with any staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. "
