"We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, large enough to easily accommodate our party of 6 adults and close to many activities. The kitchen was well appointed and the ice machine was so nice to have. The only issue was not having access to the beachside pool. The listing includes it as an available amenity but at the time we were there access was limited to and hotel guests and owners only. While this was disclosed in the FAQ we received after booking, I missed it in my quick perusal of...

"The property’s layout, cleanliness and location were great for our family’s gathering. Loved the proactive communication from the management when I got a little lost- my fault for not looking at the instructions. The property was comfortable for varied TV viewing, streaming on devices and air conditioning preferences. It was lovely to walk to the main pool to relax, walk to the Plaza for coffee or a good meal and the beach. Within an hour drive, you can do day trips to Luquillo Beach, El Yunque...

"Great location (30 min east of SanJuan), close to some activities, nice condo on a very nice Wyndham complex. Price is fair for what you're getting. Having access to golf cart is huge. During our stay Florida had snow. We had great weather. Puerto Rico is tropical place. Rains come (and go). Friendly people, good food & music everywhere. Safe."

"We decided to take a little vacation while visiting family in Puerto Rico. Casa Rustica was a perfect choice for us and our two teenagers. The owners communication was diligent and their instructions on how to get there, how to access the house features and checkout instructions were spot on. Location was great as we were 10 mins walking distance from the beach plus we enjoyed the property's pool. Gate security for the complex added a safety feature plus Palmas del Mar had several restaurants...

"The house is huge and fit us all very comfortably. Just be aware the "2nd floor" of the house is a completely separate apartment with a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room. There are stairs outside to get up there and separate lock/key to access the 2nd floor. This wasn't a problem for us. Just be cautious as the rain/mist can make stairs a lil slippery because they are outside. The host responded quickly & accommodated our last minute request. Highly recommend staying here. "
