"Very clean and well equipped in kitchenette. A bit smaller than expected but sufficient for our purposes. Plastic mattress cover made bed pretty hot and sticky to sleep on. Sheet did not stay on mattress over night. Communications were excellent and link provided to apt was a lifesaver as google maps had no clue."

"This was our first time in Puerto Rico and it was amazing mainly because of this property! It has a beautiful view and accommodated 6 couples extremely comfortably. It's within walking distance to awesome restaurants and beaches and the Luquillo kiosks are a quick ride away or a beautiful walk along the beach away. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family and we will be back again!"

"Very short walk to the beach. There are palm trees and other areas of shade available, and you can walk a good distance along the beach. Only downside are some weeds and branches in some ares. The apartment itself is nice and comfortable. It could use a little sprucing up for some minor items like the hot water switch, a clock and lamp in the main bedroom, and the grill. "

"We went for a quick long weekend get away from the cold. The condo was clean, bed was comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The condo is about a 5 minute drive from Luquillo Beach and the Kiosks. There are about 2 restaurants you can walk to. To get to the other fast food places and Walgreens you would have to cross a 4 lane highway at a light. There is 1 air conditioner in the bedroom. Worked well for us in the bedroom, but not sure if it would work for cooling the whole condo during hotter...

"We stayed at this property for a short 4 day trip to PR with the family. The location is very close to the beach and convenient for a family. The pool is nice. The beach is quite wavy but if you walk to the right along the beach about 10 min, there is a nice calm cove. The location felt safe for us. Overall, we felt the apartment itself would use a deep clean as we had a crawling baby. Would recommend. "

"The location of the property is absolutely fabulous with an easy walk across well manicured lawns to a practically private beach for miles. Also convenient to the National Rain Forest and Carabalí Resort with plenty of adventures and activities to do. The home was sufficiently stocked with dishes, cooking items, and linens…including beach towels and a cooler. Beach toys and chairs were an appreciated touch, and the pool right in your back yard was fabulous!"

"The unit was clean and convenient to local shopping and restaurants. The grounds( pool, tennis court, basketball) of the condo were well maintained but the building is definitely showing it’s age. The unit itself was clean and well maintained. Cute decor and well stocked. Communication with property manager was great. We had a great time !"

"We had a BLAST! We said countless times how the beach we were on was the best one we found! It was not necessary “swim” safe, but the river, water, sand and rainforest were stunning and it was never busy! Close by were so many options. Food, beaches, entertainment - all while feeling safe the whole time. We even made friends with the security guy who took his job very seriously and kept a very close eye on who was coming and going. 10/10 loved our stay! One tiny suggestion would be a few more...
