"We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view of the water was spectacular, and we enjoyed taking it in from both inside the condo as well as the balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the eastern end of the island. We had easy access to the kioskos in Luquillo, laying and snorkeling (separately) in Fajardo, and hiking in El Yunque. "

"We have stayed at the Playa Azul Building 1 previously and we booked this unit as it was newly remodeled and on an upper floor.....the view is not a million dollar view but a billion dollar view.....accommodations were excellent as advertised....definitely will be book again! "

"I wanted a relaxing break, close to the sea and this property delivered this and more. Watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning, with the sound of the waves on the beach, was perfect. I loved walking along the beach and the pool was an added bonus. Luis provided everything I needed, including beach chairs and towels and was very responsive with any questions I had. Thanks for a great vacation!"

"The apartment is cozy, nicely updated, and very clean- good for family of 6. There were some condiments which was very helpful to have on hand. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee pot (filters and coffee), toaster, cooking and eating utensils, plates, cups, mugs, frying pans and pots, aluminium foil, paper towels and dishwashing soap. Bathroom had facial tissue, extra roll of toilet paper and trash bag, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The unit has ac in the living room...

"After getting past the check-in person who gave us a tour while drinking a beer it was a pleasant stay. The gate to get in was tricky but after all that the property is great. I loved the river/rocks in the backyard. The apartment was looked out at the garden. It was beautiful. The bed was very squeaky, but I would stay here again."
