"The place is clean but needs maintenance/upkeep. Stove doesn’t work well, took 20 minutes to boil an egg. No plugs in the bathroom. Shower has low water pressure. We booked a two bedroom and on the first night she gave us a one bedroom. My 75 year old father had to sleep on the couch. Asked her to refund JUST the first night since a one bedroom wasn’t what we paid for and she suggested we cancel the whole reservation. "First off the host was very accommodating from our initial booking. We booked one floor and later needed the second floor and he helped make it all work. The property is off a little side dirt road off a main road that takes you into a neighborhood, the property is not part of that neighborhood. It’s situated across from the ocean however the beach area isn’t the cleanest, lots of sea vegetation and unfortunately trash washed up on the beach across from the house.
