"We booked the Amora Hotel just a few days before our stay. The room was spacious and clean for our family of four we only wish we had an ocean view but unfortunately all those rooms were booked due to our late booking. The pool is heated. The staff was great. Breakfast was included and was one of the best we've had in Brazil. The ocean water in front of the hotel is more for surfing than for swimming. "The hotel was located within a five minute walk from Maresias Beach. The area was quiet during the off season but nice. The staff weren't rude but also not very helpful. Our bathroom light was very finicky, it would only work when it wanted to, which was twice. They came to replace the bulb but it still wasn't working properly afterwards. "It was disappointing when arriving in the hotel as I thought it was in front of the beach (in the map it looked it was in front of the beach). The rooms were not as comfortable as described, the Internet connection was available in the reception only, breakfast was very limited.
