"A TV não funcionava a internet não funcionava não tinha ar condicionado (só ventilador e as luzes funcionavam). E o Chuveiro apontava para a parede. Não foi avisado que não teríamos café da manhã, nem enquanto fiz a reserva e fui lá fazer o meu check-in não foi avisado, só foi avisado no outro dia e bem na hora que não tínhamos café da manhã.
