O hotel é bom,a vista linda realmente o que é mostrado, ir a cidade histórica é muito perto nem compensa ir de automóvel, principalmente a noite, o café da manhã é muito ruim pelo porte do estabelecimento, ao meu ponto de vista é mau posicionadas e poucas opções

Bom hotel, mas peca no isolamento acústico
O hotel precisa urgentemente melhorar seu isolamento acústico dos quartos. A primeira noite não consegui dormir devido ao barulho dos hospedes do quarto ao lado (lamentei o problema nao ter sido resolvido depois que alertei a recepção, pois viajamos 12 horas de carro para chegar a Ilhabela) e tambem pelo barulho da unidade externa dos ares condicionados. Os ovos mexidos do café da manhã não tinham bom aspecto e um dos dias tinham algumas manchas escuras (comida iniciamos pelos olhos). Acredito que alguns ajustes do café da manhã o tornará perfeito. No mais, bom hotel. Equipe simpática, segura do que faz, agradáveis, educados, gentis, boa higiene (camareiras são muito boas). Piscina: acredito que seria bom a limpeza diária com sugador de impurezas. Caso esta avaliação chegue a eles, eles precisam resolver o isolamento acústico, pois o descanso é o que os hospedes priorizam em suas viagens.
