"Picture Butlins in the 70s, the place was like a childrens camp some form of PGL maybe. It was really weird the owners have an obsession with gnomes, bunting and hand painted animal signs. The land in which it is situated is flat and not much to do around (locally). The pools were very nice but have changed somewhat since the pictures were taken for expedia. I would not stay here it is geared up for the Italian family market not Couples. The rooms were odd our room had a little cooker and sink...

"For sure not a 4 stars hotel. Confused and unprofessional staff and promised services not available for the most. Restaurant inside hotel very poor, breakfast good for a two stars hotels. Air conditioning impossible to stop from the room. Baby club only few hours for day and very questionable. "

"The beach was in the best part of Follonica and not too crowded because they only have 2 rows of sun beds.Very appreciated. Check in too complicated - I understand Covid but procedures take too long. They do not allow earlier check in - again I understand - but they could have let us use the beach. Check out at 9AM! "The apartment was fine, and the hostess was lovely and helpful, but the apartment was quite small and the kitchenette was located in a hallway and so very cramped. The decor was also very... brown and generally drab, although the beds were comfy and large. Overall would definitely not the apartment recommend for kids"
