"The property is wonderfully kept. The resort is beautiful. The food in the butterfly restaurant is top notch. The Tiki bar and restaurant is great for an afternoon lunch or a quick dinner. The staff in the restaurants were friendly and always on top of their game. The one monster failure at the resort was house keeping. I was there for 4 nights. They say your room could be made up until 4pm. On 3 of the nights in a row, I had to call the front desk to have my room made up. You are supposed to...

"We were given very little information when we checked in. We were not told that a restaurant was available for dinner so we were too late to make a reservation that night. They advertise on the beach, but the beach is sand only, no water access. Just rocks like the coast of Maine. There is a definite lack of help in the restaurant in the morning. "There are more exclusive hotels in the area but this is a very good hotel for a little less $s. From the room to the pool and grounds to the breakfast and lobby area are certainly 4 star but lack 5 star touches, beach views, and feeling."

"Incredibly relaxing location! Quiet pool and small beach area. Nice property layout and wonderfully located amongst the keys. Negatives - only 1 knife in the kitchen, we asked for more but they had none. No broom or vacuum in room even though they don’t houseclean entire week. There’s more but it was all simple stuff that could easily be fixed, but cheap that way… Overall it was a great relaxing stay, you will enjoy the peace and tranquility of this place…"

"Overall great! Decent value for the money. Comfy bed! view out back was awesome. The only thing I wish was that they refreshed the room after the 1st night with new towels etc. No hairdryer in the rooms , maybe they have them in the office? Would stay there again!"

"This small property has clean, well-maintained rooms in a beautiful spot in marathon. We appreciated ease of using kayaks and paddleboards. We decided to stay 2 nights. Staff was very accommodating. We had to switch rooms, and they prioritized cleaning our new room so we could easily move from one to another. Love the 60's feel of the architecture and the privacy. "
