I stayed at the loft from the 31 till the 1 and the one in from of the park was beautiful wonderful but the next day on January 1 in the afternoon they transferred us to another room which made me sick sad and disappointed because that room was in another community building and I felt I was in jail .. I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay in that room because it’s depressing. The main building is beautiful and excellent area but the other one !! Nooooo it wasn’t fear at all I was paying the same the other people paid . That was terrible because I was on vacation and waited too long

Beautiful views of the water, roof top restaurant is a great place for a cocktail or dining. Food is very good and staff was wonderful. Rooms are big and spacious and loved the balcony to listen to surrounding music playing.

We had a lovely experience. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the rooftop! Breakfast was good and substantial and anything els we tried was delicious. The area is convenient. Walkable to the town, the souvenir market and to many sites. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Someone is always available to help and everyone was extremely friendly. We will definitely be coming back to Loft Habana.

The hotel is a nice boutique property with the view of the bay from the terrace and our room. Enrique the person at the front desk was very nice and he helped us with recommendation for places to visit and also dropped us in his car at one place after his work hours. All the staff was very good.

A lovely place. Excellent terrace restaurant and delicious breakfast Bia was amazingly helpful as was Rey and Danny. The area felt safe and is so close to everything in Old Havana but be prepared for poor conditions surrounding it although it was clean and safe. For transportation ask them to use Nave app as otherwise tourists pay 4 or 5 times more for taxi. Must go to Buena Vista social club at La Guajarit. There are more than one. This was amazing as was Caberet Parisian at Hotel Nacional who accepts CUP and is the Best Buy EVER for a spectacular show!!

Great hotel, staff woke us up.
Although we have no complaints about the hotel in itself, the staff was friendly, room was clean, they forgot to check our passports and woke us up in the middle of the night, and there's no peep hole or wifi in the rooms, so we felt a little uneasy opening the door. We got it sorted quickly, but we both stayed awake for hours after being woken up suddenly. That being said, we loved the rooftop and being in that area was our favorite, even after bouncing around town.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff very helpful. The artwork was gorgeous and we’d like to know what the purchase price of the two Rene Pena photographs that were in our loft would be. A wonderful warm and friendly stay!
We had such an amazing time in the Loft Habana! We were here for almost a week and it was fantastic, couldn’t have asked for more.The room was very clean and all of the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Bia particularly went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The cocktails and food on the rooftop terrace is a must 😊 Walking distance to lots of lovely bars, restaurants and historical interests. We would definitely recommend a stay in the Loft Habana to anyone coming to Havana, you won’t regret it!
