"If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place. Everything at the cabin was great. The only downfall is the location. Most of the infrastructure is 20-30 minutes away, so make sure that you have your gas tank filled and all of the food that you need when you get to the cabin. We mostly spent the days away hitting the coast, so we only had to make the trip once per day, but one time we came home on Sunday evening and couldn't find an open restaurant nearby, so had to...

"This cabin really takes you back... from a working percolator coffee maker, toaster, & stove, to the super cute blowdryer! Breakman's quarters is an end unit, & has a large, modern walkin shower. Nice water pressure. Kitchen has a working retro-looking fridge & microwave. Easy to access door code & ice available onsite. We enjoyed the view of the lake from the dining table & the adirondack chairs on the lawn. Its August, so many plants & grass have died back, & no train went by on our visit....

"Its not fancy, rustic, the window sills need to be cleaned..but I love the place as we were looking to get a break from work and relax, it was perfect for that! crashing waves, private beach. Its a tea or wine and a good book kind of place. comfy Necter bed. cons... small shower..watch that step..front door lock tricky...thats it though. I hope to be back"

"Overall a very enjoyable stay. Nice sized deck overlooking the lake framed by large trees. The interior of the house is a throwback to the 1970s, which honors the architectural design of the overall floor plan, so if you enjoy that style, this is your house. The Wi-Fi connection was solid and fast! If I were to have any issues, it would be that the dock that extends into the lake needs a little attention in the upkeep department. It would also be nice to add an appropriately sized seating area...
