"Property needs to be updated and maintained especially the rooms - staff were very nice overall. Not a lot of eating options and making reservations was difficult process More information should be given to you upon arrival so that you know exactly was is available and what's happening. "

"They need.to train their Shuttle Drivers..to be nicer to the hotel guests...that not tip..Tip is an option..also the wooden chairs at one of the restaurants..need..sliders..which is not expensive.and will reduce the noise .that gives a head ache. to the guests...also a couple of nights they run out of white wine....and No solution to the problem...some one has to have a key to get it.....Also they need a Wine and liquor Menu..that the guests ,that are not members could order..at a charge since...

"Very friendly staff. Full breakfast from restaurant menu. Well-kept grounds. Security guard. Unfortunately rude New Yorkers partying in neighboring rooms were pretty noisy past 1AM. Pool towels not easily available but they did call staff to provide some quickly. Small pool but well-maintained and easy bar access. "
