"Great place to stay. Take boat across to Barra de Navidad to check out local scene. Great pool, gym and bar at hotel. Service exceptional. We were there during Easter week but not crowded at all. Great value for your money being all inclusive. Highly recommend. "

"Everything was very good and very nice installationsfood,shows the drinks ext , The only problem was the Internet was not working in my room or the hotel I hade to leave the hotel and find a place that had Internet because I hade video my conference call from work. That’s the only thing that got me mad and was very disappointing A lot of people are still working, even though there on vacation. I’m thinking of going again but this time with all my family. Hope that they got this problem...

"I felt we got a less up to date room. It was a little run down. The balcony sliding door didn’t lock. Did smell little moldy. Did not have all inclusive, so food and drinks were expensive. Need more entertainment. Staff were friendly and service was good."

"The hotel is falling apart. One of our rooms had a broken window and flooded during the night due to rain. We had no hot water, no room service, no wifi, no tv in the room, and these are all things it was auppised to have. The upkeep of the hotel was shockingly bad. Its literaly falling apart. The staff was good, the beach access was good. The restaurant was closed. Wont let me upload photos herw but ill post the same review on google with photos if i can."
