"As stated by other reviews the property is dated, but I can assure you the friendliness of the staff and beauty of the area make up for any shortfalls. Our room was enormous and the location was quiet with a wonderful view. The breakfast every morning was wonderful with many choices, and the service was impeccable. "It was an interesting stay. Loved the staff, Jennifer in the restaurant and Elsa...well we just loved each other! Hotel needs work though, not up to Best Western Plus standards. No breakfast included and no hot water for most of our stay. Where is the plus? "

"Everything was good until the evening, the hotel, shut off, all the hallway, lights and stairway lights, my mom is walking down the stairs and she couldn’t see the steps properly and missed and caused her to fall and break her hip and shoulder. The hotel staff didn’t really care to help, we had to call the ambulance and when the help arrived, the hotel staff didn’t really care to help."
