Stuff didn't give me any information, i asked for a relocation. They say it was my problem. I asked for a refund, they say no refund are made. I contacted expedia they said, booking was in process so they will check with hotel to see IF THEY AGREE TO REFUND MY MONEY, i had to pay...

"We had a wonderful stay at La Posada. Beautiful ocean front view with great breakfast in the open air lounge area overlooking the pool and beach. Off the main strip, which we counted as a bonus- Taxis and busses are cheap and abundant. Loved it. "

"The hotel is falling apart. One of our rooms had a broken window and flooded during the night due to rain. We had no hot water, no room service, no wifi, no tv in the room, and these are all things it was auppised to have. The upkeep of the hotel was shockingly bad. Its literaly falling apart. The staff was good, the beach access was good. The restaurant was closed. Wont let me upload photos herw but ill post the same review on google with photos if i can."
