"The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the cleaning staff were absolutely the best I’ve encountered anywhere. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it easy to get around Madrid. It took about 20 to 25 minutes to reach the Prado Museum, and the main shopping streets were also around 20 minutes away on foot. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with fresh options each morning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which really added to the experience. Overall, great value for money and a place I’d definitely stay at again."

"Very convenient for the metro station which is a couple of minutes walk. Used primarily for access to the Bernabeu Stadium which was around 15mins walk. Nice room with secure lockers (bring your own lock) very clean common area with what looked like nice and varied breakfast choices although I did not try. Would recommend to anyone and will visit again when I’m in Madrid again."

"The rooms are very spacious, with excellent common areas for working, and the food is great. The only suggestion I have is that during the day, I had to walk to the back of the bar to find someone to take my food order."

"So convenient to Chamartín station, I always stay here when traveling by train from Valladolid. Construction has been ongoing at the station, but once you find the hotel, it’s very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing."
