The hotel is well located in the center of Madrid and near el Corte Ingles, the largest department and grocery store in Spain. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially concerning the printing of documents and boarding passes.

Bon hôtel situé à proximité du centre ville et du métro. Beaucoup de commerces situes à côté. Cet hôtel propose des chambres familiales (5 personnes) Le coin cuisine est fonctionnel mais ne permet pas de cuisiner. Dommage qu il n y ait pas de bouilloire électrique.
