"The beds were much nicer than I had expected. We greatly appreciated the mattress being nice after a long day. The only 2 things that could have been better are the AC needed to be turned on a little bit before we got there. "Customer service was top notch! Room was updated and visually appealing. Located in sketchy area but very close to NRG and restaurants and never felt unsafe. Our room smelled of smoke and I wish I had a comforter or blanket rather than just a sheet. "
