"There were two of us I had confirmed two beds by email with the hotel. When we arrived there was one bed and they didn’t have any other doubles available. My friend got a terrible single and had to pay for it. The air conditioner only worked one day and it was very hot. The people were very nice and friendly but couldn’t really help "
