The location is good near train station and city center but if your room window is facing the station then you have to close the window all the time to avoid noise. The room is basic, okay clean and okay comfortable but the dark red bed cover don’t look appealing. The shower drain is not just slow running, it’s totally clogged. I only need to count one to five seconds the water...

"The property location is right in the center of old town. You can walk to any part of the city in 15-20 mins. The staff were great and went above and beyond. The building is really cool, being so old and historical. The local Il Duomo is a short 5 min walk and Can be seen from most of the rooms in the hotel. "

One window did not have a heavy curtain to keep out the light, so I tried to shut the shutters which did not work. The room had one lightbulb out that never got replaced. The walls are paper thin, so I could hear residents talking in their rooms. 10AM check-out is too early. Location is the best asset. "
