Restaurants, shops, boutiques, and water sports are right outside of your front door. Lost Colony Outdoor Theater, Fort Raleigh Historic Site, NC Aquarium, Elizabethan Gardens and Regional Airport, MQI, are within a 10 minute drive. Drive 6 miles to Nags Head Beach and Outlet Mall. There is secured parking on the lower level with elevator. Must have a security card to operate. This condo is perfect for wedding parties! There are 2 reception facilities and 2 popular wedding sites within walking distance.

Best place we have stayed in while in Manteo. Close to downtown. Nicely decorated. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware, etc. Elevator is a bonus. Would definitely book here again.

Great spot in downtown Manteo
We loved our stay at this property right in the heart of downtown Manteo. The location was fantastic, the apartment is well-stocked, and if anything it was even nicer than the pictures made it appear. Check-in was easy, communication was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location
We will be back to enjoy this property again. The location is perfect for exploring Manteo and a short drive over the bridge to other locations at the outer banks. The view was beautiful from the condo's balcony and the accommodations were cozy.

Perfect Stay
The property was a welcome surprise. It is impeccably clean, comfortable and has an overall warm and relaxing feeling. It has everything you need to feel at home. The Lost Colony Tavern is across the street and was perfect for our early evening dinners. Very enjoyable, great atmosphere and good food. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Another lovely stay!
This trip was our second stay in this property. The property is very clean and has amazing view of the harbor. The property is within a short walk of several restaurants, a brewery, a wine bar and a movie theater. We plan to return in the spring. Great owners! A+!

My family enjoyed every moment of our stay. The property is in a perfect location - close to restaurants, shops, boutiques, and - of course - the water! The views from the balcony were spectacular. The property was very clean and well stocked. The directions for arrival and departure days were simple and convenient. We hope to stay again next year.

The condo was exactly as listed. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. There are lots of things within walking distance and you aren’t far from beach access in Nags Head. We are definitely planning to come back to this location again.

The place was better than advertised. The condo was immaculate and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We were impressed with the little extras provided by the owner in supplying many comfort items in both the bath and kitchen. We will definitely return.

Perfect location; comfortable stay
My favorite thing about this property was the balcony overlooking the harbor — even though the weather was hot, the breeze off the water made the balcony cool and pleasant, and it was a perfect place to finish the day, with a view of water, sky, and sailboats. The location was perfect for us — right in the middle of the little downtown area with its shops and restaurants. The condo was comfortably furnished and had a dedicated parking spot in the garage underneath the units. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely book it again for our next visit to the area.

Delightful condo!
This condo sits right on the water, has a beautiful view & is so very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need, king bed was wonderfully warm & toasty. Fast response to all questions as well. We'd love to return & spend more time as shops, restaurants & beautiful areas to walk are all so close by & our 3 nights just didn't allow us to take in all that Manteo has to offer.

Love Small Town Location
We LOVED Manteo! The small town was wonderful! Quiet yet close driving distance to Nag’s Head and other Outer Banks locations. Condo was exactly as described. We felt safe & secure. Sat outside on the balcony watching boats often. Enjoyed the Bonnet St beach access as well as Jeanette’s Pier and a 5 hr fishing charter. Many, many things to see and do in the Outer Banks!

We had a great time with family and friends for a 69th birthday on Dec. 31 and bringing in New Years. Amazing views, near everything and well equiped, comfortable beds and clean. Parking spot very close to elevator and elevator close to condo door.

Excellent stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our staff. Condo was perfect and very close to all the shops and places to eat. We were celebrating our anniversary and have stayed at many places in Manteo and Nags Head and the condo was one of the nicest. Very quiet and peaceful. The home was well stocked and the beds slept very comfortable. The views were amazing- sunrise and sunset. The owners were very quick to respond. Thank you. We really enjoyed our stay. The elevator was very nice for taking things up.

We enjoyed our stay at your location. The private parking was wonderful and we felt very safe in the unit. It was central to all the activities we wanted to do. The bedrooms were great. We were unaware that the bathrooms did not have any bath soap to use, so we ended up buying our own. We were also unaware that we had to wash and dry all the towels we used. The dryer took forever to dry so this delayed our leaving time a bit. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. Connecting to the WiFi was a problem because the codes that were given to use in our check-in code was not the correct code. But we contacted the host and he told us where to find the new codes. Overall this was a good experience!

Manteo New Year's Get-Away
This is our 2nd year at this property during the end of the year and New years. We celebrate my wife's birthday on the 31st and then New Year's. Great property! Very well equipped! Great location! Great view of fireworks! Manteo outdid themselves! We hope to make this an annual event for our family and friends. Availability of the shopping carts for luggage back and forth is a great idea and really helped. Thanks for the hospitality. Would love to make arrangements for 2024. Thanks! Bill & Cindy

Wonderful waterfront condo
Condo is in a great location and away from the hustle and bustle from the all the tourist. The condo itself is nice and spacious. I would agree with another review that the patio door definitely needs some attention as it is very hard to open and close. I might also recommend the fire and high water emergency procedures be posted on the refrigerator as I didn't see them until we were ready to do laundry. We would definitely come back to this condo as we did enjoy it. Thanks
