We loved having a drink in the bar, finding the snooker room and having a go and enjoying the view from our window whilst enjoying our morning coffee in bed :) "

"Really lovely hotel - very friendly welcome and help with the parking app. Beautiful reception and bar area, with a cosy seating area for enjoying a cuppa or the buy one get one free in happy hour. A very happy blend of old building with modern facilities. Our room (no 18) was very comfortable and had views out over the fairy-light lit patio area - pretty at night. Lovely clean and smart bathroom. Breakfast was very nice (continental and/or English) set within a beautiful dining room. All very convenient too for walking around such a beautiful and interesting city. "
