"Booked a private tour through the hotel but the tour was just a very expensive taxi ride. The tour cost $420. When we stopped at our first stop I found out that I had to get on line and buy admission tickets. Yes, a very expensive taxi ride. Additionally, today the world is connected by the internet. The Internet/WiFi was horrible. In order to get wifi I had to spend hours at department store called El Corte Inglés 3 blocks away. Please tell your patrons that you don’t offer internet/wifi do...

"Hotel was incredible. The staff was super friendly. The hotel was clean. Great restaurant and pool. The pool does get busy so just keep that in mind but the location was perfect. Across the street from the water and downtown Cascais. It was safe and clean everywhere we walked to. I just wish we stayed longer!"

"We arrived late in the evening to a very courteous concierge, quick and easy check in. A bed had been made up for our 8 year old son. The continental breakfast was better than most. We only stayed a night as we were just passing through to our final destination, but the hotel is quite lovely and warrants a longer stay next visit. "
