"We booked this hotel bot realizing how close it is to downtown Lisbon. Because we had rented a car, this was a nice surprise, althpugh Im sure theres a bus that could get you anywhere from here if you don't have a car. The staff were extremely nice without being intrusive. Check in and check out were smooth. The room was very nice, especially for the price, quiet, very clean, spacious and well equipped. "We had a few days to explore Lisbon after our cruise but had no idea of what to see. The staff offered suggestions and arranged a local tour agency to get us on tours that would hit the highlights. and very reasonably priced as well. also the tours had hotel pick up which made it very convenient. whenever I had a question about anything, they were more than helpful, had a great three days there. would definitely recommend."
