"Karen and John were amazing hosts! The house was just perfect for our little family and small dog. We were greeted with fun activity books, sidewalk chalk and bubbles for my daughter… a bottle of wine, fire wood, fixings for s’mores and even a new toy for my dog! They were attentive, available when we needed them and so very kind to me and my family. The kayaks and water toys kept my daughter entertained for hours. We were able to bring our boat and had our own dock space for the entire time...

"Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. "

"Perfect little cottage for my husband and I and our two dogs. Lots of day trips to see the sites and walk the dogs. Denise is a great host and easy to communicate with. Loved our stay, would definitely recommend!"

"We enjoyed a lovely little Anniversary getaway. The accommodations and lounging poolside simply cannot be beat- everything was so beautiful and peaceful! We also got to meet the sweetest Kipling as we were departing for home, another delightful surprise. We so thoroughly enjoyed our time there- our only complaint is we had to leave! :) "

"Our kids said the beds were the most comfortable beds they'd ever slept on, with the coziest blankets. The cabin was warm, cozy, and homey. Host was very nice and communication was timely and helpful. Beautiful view on the lake. Close to all amenities, shopping, and grocery stores."

"This place was perfect for our weekend stay with our 3 small dogs. We loved the beautiful lake view, the large deck with bbq and the firepit in the front yard. It is so hard to find a nice place that will allow us to bring our 3 small dogs. Peter was very friendly and accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again."
