"I love this neighborhood. It is quiet, far enough away from resorts to feel homey and local, but close enough to head to resorts for dinners out. The house was super clean and comfortable. We were very happy here. There is a bit of an ocean view from the deck and we spent lots of time there. The host was very helpful and responsive. We are pretty advanced snorkelers and we were able to snorkel from across the street out to the turtle cleaning station. We also signed up for a kayak/snorkel...

"We saw some beautiful sunsets from this property ! A very nice patio area. The house is well stocked with snorkeling equipment, towels, beach items, coolers, games and so on which made our trip even more enjoyable. It is not far from a grocery store. We enjoyed our stay here."

"We all loved this location, the home, the kitchen, the sleeping arrangements and comfort. The two decks were well used by our small but very close group. The middle deck was fantastic for evening gathering, while the back deck was great for fresh breezes and easy access to the water. "

"This is a very nice place to unwind. The other condos that we've stayed at are closer to the beach but those areas seem a little more busy and hectic. Out here is less touristy and therefore quieter and relaxed. Much more of a house/home than a mass produced condo feel. "

"This suite was EXCELLENT for our family of 6. Short drive to Waikoloa, Hapuna and Spencer's Beach and only 30 min drive to Costco. GREAT location! The resort pool, tennis courts, ping pong table, fuse ball and large chess/checkers were a hit with it kids! Loved having access to the Waikoloa Community pool where I could swim lengths in the morning and could also hang out with the kids during the day. Will totally stay here again. "
