"Enjoyed our two week stay in Gary’s condo! Doesn’t have air conditioning but we didn’t need it, just opened sliding doors, as other guests suggested, to allow wind to cool off the place. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice spot to launch from, really enjoyed exploring the island. Lots of birds around including turkeys, saw whales’ splashes from the balcony, of course lots of goats in the area and a few donkeys (they couldn’t have cared less about us!) "Very good rental. Some cobwebs and dust around. Comfortable beds. Furnishing and building feel older but everything functional. Kitchen and lights labeled. Has beach towels toys snorkel boogie board. Pool nice. About 40 mins from Kona. Beautiful black sand beach near by."

"We have been going to BI every year for 12 + years, we stay in the same complex Waikoloa Villas but in different condos depending on who's going. This complex is great for 30min from everything..Kona/ Waimea for shopping close to great beaches and the excursion in the area are great. Golf is outside your front door It's a little quieter not a lot of night life if that what your looking for. Have a great time where ever you stay.. "

"Stayed in this Waikoloa Village condo this trip. There is a nice pool and entertainment center nearby and it is close to one of our favorite Big Island beaches (Waikoloa Beach). The condo was clean and comfortable. There were a couple of minor issues. The ice maker in the fridge did not work and a prior guest, or someone, disconnected the smoke detector on the first floor. We reported both issues to the owner so they can correct for the next visitors. Otherwise everything was as expected....
