"Beautiful house and lovely family. When I saw the room however, I asked the host to consider giving me a refund or a partial refund despite their policy. I rented for 3 nights and stayed zero minutes. The problem was, that the room felt too enclosed. The room is downstairs - I don't recall the room having windows...
