"It took over 45 mins for them to find our bookings and even then they found the wrong ones. Then finally showed us to our capsules and it was ok but nothing special. The mattresses were very thin, although there bedding appeared clean, there were some stray hair strands around. The stay was very basic, there was nothing fantastic or special to send home"

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the welcome card is a nice touch too. There’s a nice chill out area with bean bags and the coffee is great too. (Good coffee is a rarity in hostels) "
