"It took over 45 mins for them to find our bookings and even then they found the wrong ones. Then finally showed us to our capsules and it was ok but nothing special. The mattresses were very thin, although there bedding appeared clean, there were some stray hair strands around. The stay was very basic, there was nothing fantastic or special to send home"

"A few of the things I liked in the dorm room is each bed has a curtain so you have privacy and the space is really big with lots of storage space right under your bed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the welcome card is a nice touch too. There’s a nice chill out area with bean bags and the coffee is great too. (Good coffee is a rarity in hostels) "

"Overall, it was a good experience staying in this type of hotel, a hostel but with full privacy. Very comfy to sleep on. Only 2 very important point for them to improve. 1: the bathroom on the other level is not really convenience, and then the bathroom got no place to hook or hang your cloth or towel. Need to be carefully think of. 2: WiFi, there is wifi BUT without speed at all, closely to none. These 2 points need to be improved then it can become a perfect place to stay. The minor thing is...
