"First what I would like to comment is the impeccable staff being very patient, resourceful and helpful. The rooms I have stayed in both Lyf and The Suites were cleaned and maintained on a daily basis. Even housekeeping was very friendly and understanding. I’m always greeted with the many doormen and security upon arrival and returning. The staff are always welcoming at the roof deck for my daily breakfast. "Room was spotless. They accomodated my request for no comforter & provided 4 topsheets due to sensitive skin. My only request was to provide more rolls of toilet paper. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices to suit different palates."
