"Staying at this iconic hotel was a truly great experience. We encountered a couple of issues initially which were quickly resolved by the wonderful staff. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. We dined twice at the restaurant Spices which served delicious fare and once in the lobby which was similarly tasty. "Value for money Very little noise heard from the street even though it was on a busy corner surrounded by the "nightlife". Hotel is surrounded by men selling viagra, watches or fake phones and women/men selling their services. They are easy to dismiss but does get annoyong after a while. Makati was easy to navigate around providing youre prepared to walk a lot or catch one of the local jeep style tuk tuks.
