It's modern and very spacious with a loft and kitchenette. Close to the airport and at the heart of Makati. The staff and Joven, the shuttle driver are very helpful and polite. I will surely book on this place again.

It’s our 4th stay here, which says a lot from some who’s a world traveler. Frankly, our home away from home. KL Executive (KLX) must not be confused with KL Residences. KLX is a boutique serviced condotel, run by a well-oiled management and staff. Kudos to the owners!

What a gem! This has become our “go-to stay” whenever we come to Makati area. The rooms are well appointed, very clean, comfy bed linens and pillows, and with a strong wifi. Pick-up from the airport was a breeze, all thanks to Joven and the super comfy van. This has become our home away from home. Thanks to Desiree, who made sure our stay was comfy.
