"Our staying in this hotel was truly amazing. Staff was very nice, everything was clean and they were cleaning all the time. Everything was set when we arrived, guy from reception drove us to the room at a small hotel what was very helpful since we came around 4am and resort is very big. Room was clean and spacious, same with bathroom. They were cleaning the room everyday and our room was clean and smells amazing after we came back from pools or beach. There was a lady asking guests about quality etc every day, she was also very nice. Food was great too, dont worry to make reservations to other restaurants in resort its free of charge. They charge only for lobster menu 25$(we tried and it was amazing) and same at the beach restaurant. We couldn’t believe there was so many people in the resort and maybe 10 in this restaurants. We tried spa as well and it’s totally worth the money. We definitely came back. Thanks for beautiful staying"

"Wonderful stay. Immaculate hotel, lots of food choices and plenty to do. Beach is great, you can spend days just snorkelling in the bay! Only downside - like most places in Egypt - is the constant sales pestering, but they are polite when you turn them away. The hotel is making loads more upgrades too, so will definitely return! "

"Had a great two weeks here with my wife to celebrate our birthdays. Special mentions for Lily and Shika from the Animation team. They were awesome. Ahmed "Freddie" from Victoria Pub for his hospitality. Also The staff and Chef in Felucca Seafood restaurant were amazing. Food in a la cartes was tremendous. Our room was cleaned and restocked by Rabea who was superb. All the staff from the Buffet were amazing, too many to name individually but couldn't do enough for us. Will visit again. Great Hotel. We arrived very late at night 12am, They kindly prepared a complimentary dinner at our room for us, which was extremely helpful as all restaurants were closed. 2. The heated pool at the suite is amazing and it was such a standout that it will make us come back again specifically for this feature. "
