"We had a lovely week in Madrid made all the better by our choice of apartment. The only negative was a little confusion over access to the keys, but that was quickly sorted. The apartment was clean with ample towels and bedding. The kitchen was basic but sufficient for our needs. There is a sofa and tv if needed. The bed is on a mezzanine floor accessed by floating stairs and a rope hand rail. There is also a netting ceiling between the lounge and bedroom. It looks strong enough to lounge on,...

"The house was as described. We travelled into Madrid on a daily basis and did not return till mid evening. The only thing I would mention is that the tv is extremely small and sofas are not comfortable at all for lounging and watching tv. Other than that, the house was great. Very clean and beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped."

"The property was stunning, absolutely massive, very clean, had so much to do there and the views were gorgeous. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and any problems were fixed immediately. Close to local supermarkets and cafes and a train station to get into main Madrid. We had the most amazing time and thank the hosts for making it so lovely."

"We had a great stay at Eva's place. The house and garden are beautiful, well kept and clean. The outside spaces are wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking supplies. And there are nice cafes and playgrounds in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it for a family stay in Madrid."

Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall.
