"Staff and service was great and helpful with any questions i had. It was an awesome surprise to find out that this place is more than just a hotel. Loved the artwork throughout the first two floors. Such a great experience. Rooms were spacious, well cleaned, up to date, with good fluffy towels. Overall great hotel in the heart of downtown within walking distance from restaurants. Only drawback was parking. $40 per day valet parking. Valet was efficient. "

"Overall, I had a very positive experience during my stay at the Westin Cincinnati. The aspects that make a hotel stay truly comfortable – likely service, cleanliness, and general amenities – were great, and I enjoyed my time here. However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel could use some attention. The furniture in my room felt a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh to match the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, I encountered some minor issues with the bathroom fixtures; not all of them were working perfectly, which was a slight inconvenience. Despite these minor points, the positives of my stay outweighed the negatives. It's a good hotel, but addressing the dated furniture and ensuring all bathroom fixtures are in perfect working order would elevate the guest experience even further. I would still consider staying here again due to the overall quality of the experience. "

"The hotel is very clean but could use some updates. The staff was really accommodating and the grounds were nice. The hotel allows pets and at times you can hear them, but you were not able to smell them."

"I checked in at 7pm ish and the 2nd shift Front desk staff (Ava and Shay I believe were thier names) were fantastic. They had to turn people away that had booked rooms already through 3rd parties. They were put in an impossible position and handled it with grace and confidence. I would not want my employer to put me in the impossible position they were in but they handled it PERFECTLY! "
