"JW Marriott Juhu is a lovely property. We love its pool area, and its dining area. It is very open and inviting. The food was good. We especially liked the restaurant Saffron inside the hotel. "All in all we were happy with our stay. The room was well equipped and comfortable. My main problem was that they took a 15,000.00rp payment as security from my credit card and don’t refund it for 3-4 weeks. Normal practice would be to just place a hold on the credit card. "

The Jewel in Mumbai’s crown

"This delightful boutique hotel is enhanced by the wonderful staff under the management of Hemond who is extremely welcoming and made our visit memorable. The breakfast was plentiful, the rooms are immaculately clean and the WiFi is the best we have experienced in any of the hotels we have stayed in. The hotel is well placed for access to the main attractions of Mumbai and for cruise ship passengers. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Mumbai,"

"Beautiful architecture with spacious and airy rooms in a great location. The room was very comfortable. The staff were very warm and welcoming and always helpful, extremely polite and ready to do anything they could to make our stay easy and comfortable. Centrally located, the neighbourhood is easy to walk around, very interesting and very accessible. A great place to stay!!"

Don't bother.

"I arrived and the manager couldnt find my booking. He was rude and aggressive and demanded that I call hotels.com even though i had already paid. He eventually realised he had made a mistake and found my booking, but didnt offer any sort of apology. The room was a street view with zero sound-proofing which meant the honking was relentless. It was also dirty, the bed frame seemed as though it hadnt been cleaned in weeks."
