"OYO 19687 Hotel Airway does not exist, I tried to find it for almost one hour then I gave up. I tried to contact the directly to phone number provided on booking confirmation but the phone number was not active. I contacted the OYO reservation customer service and got phone number for the hotel, but all the numbers were inactive. this is the scam they are doing to tourist in mahipalpur area."

"This is a Scam. They charged my friend for whom I booked this hotel more than double the price at the property to check in when, in fact, I made the complete payment online. They did not even provide them with the free breakfast as advertised and as per my booking. The staff was rude. "

"This hotel doesn’t understand what booking means. I was called by OYO three times to confirm our arrival. When we got there after a long journey the hotel manager told us, with no apology, that they were full but he would take us to a different hotel! I have a suspicion that this a regular occurrence as the hotel we were sent to was not at all surprised to see us. Worst service I’ve ever received."

"This place is woeful. Not only was it a disappointment that we paid $50 a night for this place (when a quick google once we checked in saw se had it going for $17), but this place isn’t actually worthy of being listed on hotels.com. It is so unclean, unsafe, and unwelcoming that I would highly recommend that no one stay here. There is no signage whatsoever to identify this place as OYO, we walked around for 20 minutes looking for the hotel - all other OYOs at least have a brand sign, this place...
