"I spent 1 night here and I can say that this hotel needs to be closed down. There are holes in the sheets, broken things both in the room and in the corridors... things that the staff thought it best to "fix" with tape because fixing things properly is apparently too difficult. The elevator doesn't work and guests have to climb 5 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases, but the staff doesn't offer to help. "Lovely staff, greated very warmly and goven lots of helpful information. The coffee machine was free to use and made lovely espressos. Was also free water in a fridge which was lovely to have. Our room was very clean. Bed a bit hard but no big deal. Had a huge bath that myself and wife could both go in. Gorgeous soaps/shower gel to use. Water pressure wasnt great to fill tub or for shower which would be only minor complaint. Would gladly go back."

"Hotel Brunelleschi is a well-located, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The room and beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The check-in staff and bellhop were friendly and helpful. The hotel is two blocks from the Duomo and an easy walking distance from other tourist attractions and good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Such a great place, lovely area and the staff is very warm and friendly. My husband forgot his Canada Goose jacket and called from the airport and they were so willing to help and ship to NY! A block from Duomo, around the corner are shops and cafes. Cleaning service was daily and plenty of options for breakfast. Highly recommend this place."
