"We enjoyed the property, but be prepared for lots of stairs. The property is well maintained but it is a tall and narrow building. Great views of the ocean. I think we had at least three days of green flashes! One very big drawback is that for some reason there are notices in every bathroom to NOT flush toilet paper. For someone not used to that, well... The Host should state that in the description, and honestly I don't know why this is an issue there I don't believe it is on a septic...

"We really enjoyed our stay in Ericeira. The villa is exactly as described and very comfortable. Didi was great and very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or needed anything. It’s an easy walk into the lovely old town but steep on the way up. We often took an Uber back which are cheap and plentiful. It can get windy at the villa "

"Our family of six stayed at the villa so two of us could surf .( Which is nearby, world class)Sophia welcomed us at check-in, even though we were quite early, she was kind and welcoming. The house is spacious, quiet, comfortable, modern and stylish.It was built for visitors, which is evident- it has every amenity you need. "Wir haben zu viert einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht! Die Ausstattung im Haus gibt alles her, was man braucht. Der Pool ist schön groß und kann sowohl gut zum schwimmen als auch zum ausruhen auf der Luftmatratze genutzt werden! Leider gibt es am Pool nur drei Liegen und keine Auflagen für die Liegen, die Agentur will dieses Problem allerdings lösen und eine neue Liege als auch Auflagen anschaffen - sonst war alles perfekt!"

We saw this house and had visions of being in the pool sipping wine & champagne we got there on Sun the house was clean, very beautiful inside and out, but & was told the pool was going to be clean on Mon. The person came told my husband he will be back on Tues which is when I & called Maria telling her we slept late & wanted to know if the guy cleaned it no reply later I asked again she said he put chlorine in the pool and we can go in but...
