Superb
This is a fabulous hotel, with superb staff, who do everything they can to make your stay the best it could be. Must mention Lina, who was brilliant! We have been fortunate enough to stay in many great hotels, around the world, and would say this is up with the best. Cold buffet breakfast was fantastic, and replenished quickly. Really handy for walking round Ericeira, near lots of good restaurants. Don’t hesitate, book it, if you’re visiting Ericeira. Great value.

The hotel is well maintained, the staff is awesome and the small details like coffee and cake/biscuit thought the day are a plus. The breakfast is delish with plenty of healthy options and fresh juice! The rooms aren’t big and ours had a funny smell on arrival, probably due to the humidity but was sorted with the air freshener Loved the place and would be back

Room was pretty basic. No tea / coffee facilities in the room. You can help yourself to tea / coffee in the dining room whenever you want, they also leave out cake and biscuits. Only one mirror in the room, in the bathroom. It was clean and fine for us as we were rarely in there. Breakfast was good and location is great.

Great little boutique hotel in the heart of town, right on the main shopping street but lobby and most rooms are set back a bit so it's nice and peaceful in there. 5 min walk down to the beach. No parking at hotel but there is free street parking 2-3 mins away which is great. They told us you can pull your car in front of the hotel to load and unload. Staff were all really nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good, all fresh and quality ingredients. Apparently this chain FLH is known for their breakfasts and it shows. As of April 2024 they said the renovation was less than a year old. So everything felt clean and new. Good design, simple and understated. Def check it out if you are in town. Their FLH Reserva around the corner also seems nice.

Nice staff and location - but bad experience
First of all the staff is amazing! The location is pretty much perfect and the rooms are beautiful and clean. However, we did not enjoy our stay and would not book again. The rooms (at least on the ground floor) are very poorly soundproofed and it was very noisy. Especially du to the fact that the main entrance is very loud and door closes extremely loud, also other rooms doors are the same. Other guests were very loud on the hallway especially in the morning end evening time. Even after some complains the situation did not change. As we felt really bothered by the noise the staff tried find a way to help us. After some calls with the management the only solution they could offer was to change us to another hotel to way smaller room with interior view. The room was way less nice but at least quiet. We would have had preferred to cancel the rest of our stay. Another point we didn’t like ist that at the breakfast after 09:30h half of the things were not filled up. You could get anything but you had to ask for it. Staring from plates, then no bread, then no cheese, then no knives, then no pancakes…an so on. Minor thing, but should be improved. So overall it’s a shame that we had the issues and that we could find any other solution than changing the room. With that experience we would not recommend the hotel. If we would not have had that bad experience, the location and staff would be recommendable.
