Their guest room is immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home and more. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Mark and Anna, who provided a thorough tour of the room and its amenities. Throughout our stay, they were always available for any questions or needs we had, yet they were never intrusive, striking the perfect balance of hospitality. Mark and Anna offered excellent recommendations for dining and activities, enhancing our overall experience. We truly felt like cherished guests in their home. "Friendly service. Amazing views and relaxing spa. From start to finish this stay was incredible. We received a room upgrade to a seaview room. The breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect for a walk into St Ives or stroll down to the beach. "

"We stayed in the 2-beds chalet for 4 nights while touring around Cornwall. The place was great, we were a bit concerned after reading some reviews but the accommodation exceeded our expectations, all the staff members were very nice, it was clean in the chalet, and around the resort. The beautiful sandy beach was within walking distance. Although we didn't attend any of the organised evening entertainments (just not our thing), we could see that people were enjoying it. Great thing was that Lidl was "just around the corner" so if you decide to make your own breakfast/meals, food shopping is not a problem. The only minus for us (some of us was relying on roaming) was the lack of WiFi in the chalet, and the only place where it was accessible was the bar. All in all, an excellent place to stay and we will definietly stay there again if we ever come back to Cornwall."
