"The property was conveniently located, easy access to taxis service and only a 25 minute ride from airport without traffic. Amenities are great, pool, gym, etc are abundant. Kitchen in apartment was helpful but there was a cracked glass and broken cup. Walls displayed wear and tear but were fine. We hope to stay again…"

"The apartment I reserved was already rented. The property owner contacted me and offered me another apartment which was much bigger, nicer and had incredible views. He offered it to me for the same price and I was happy to take it. Excellent customer service."

"The staff are efficient and manages the property well. We enjoyed their breakfast. I loved chatting with Isidro who served us breakfast. The neighborhood is safe but far from the most of main attractions including La Candelaria. During the weekdays at night, there are some noises from the nearby parking lot. During the weekend starting Friday, there are terrible music played outside till approximately 1 a.m. I hope the hotel put some efforts to curb these music from nearby vendors. "
