"Small but comfy room. All the basics were there…hairdryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Bathroom, shower, and sink are in different spaces so that was convenient time wise for two people. Right in the middle of everything. Metro two blocks away. Trolleys and trams two blocks. Ample food and coffee options close by."

"Absolutely love this hotel! It's in a more private area in the very busy area. Alfama has rich culture and beautiful sceneries! A lot of amazing cafe and restaurants. You have to experience the FADO restaurants. Just be aware bring cash. We have great time in this hotel. The lobby staffs were super friendly and helpful! Especially thanks to Fabio and Fatima (apologies if I spell the name wrong). I got a lot of great advices from them. Great complimentary drinks! Love the cappuccino and hot...

"I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They were all very personable and EXTREMELY helpful. They were, by far, the best I've encountered in my travels. My room was clean and very large. The location was perfect for exploring. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel and there are tons of nearby eateries (open on Xmas eve and day also). If you get a bit homesick, the place across the street has excellent pizza. There is a beautiful plaza just 1 block away. Good walking...

"Hotel had a lovely historic ambience to it with accessories of yesteryear (nice touch). Anything less than full stars is really no fault of theirs, there's construction ongoing around the area. Also it's literally in the train station, so from a transit perspective it was perfect for us. "

" I had an amazing stay at the Eurostar Hotel in Lisbon! The hotel was incredibly clean, and the atmosphere made for a fantastic day. The area felt very safe, which allowed me to fully enjoy walking around, visiting the nearby mall, and exploring the Christmas tree area. The staff was welcoming and made me feel right at home. I absolutely loved my experience and will definitely visit again and stay here. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon! "

"Great experience and the staff is absolutely wonderful! We wanted a hotel with easy access to the airport and this is the place. We were able to turn the rental car in a day early and walk the 200 or so meters back to the hotel. Nice restaurant and bar for relaxing the final night, as well as a very nice, clean room. We also took a quick Uber to a very nice seafood place as our last Portuguese meal. Highly recommend this hotel."
